DEBRA VANCE JOINS LANDMARK, REALTORS 3/2/2009

Landmark, REALTORS is pleased to announce theassociation of a new Associate to the Landmark Companies. Virginia Bean has joined the Wilbraham office. For over 20 years Virginia “Ginny” Bean has helped people with their real estate needs. Ginny’s dedication to getting results for her clients has been rewarded. She consistently produces over a million dollars in sales volume.
Ginny believes in education. She continues to expand her own knowledge by
regularly attending real estate courses and has earned her Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI) designation. She also shares her knowledge with others, over the
years she has volunteered her time in the Springfield Schools computer and
reading enrichment programs.
She also feels it is important to give back to the community and charity and she
has been active with local youth sports teams and yearly she participates in “The
Heart Walk” fundraiser at Forest Park.

Ferrara, a life long Hampden resident, assumes the leadership of Landmark, one of the largest independent real estate companies in Western Massachusetts. The locally owned company boasts six offices and has grown significantly since its’ incorporation in 1987.

Cyndie Degnan has lived in the Western Massachusetts area for over 30 years,
and brings over 20 years of successful sales experience to her real estate career,

| | |  Sue Rheaume of Landmark, Realtors recently passed the Massachusetts Real Estate Broker Exam to receive her Massachusetts Broker License2/11/2009Sue Rheaume of Landmark, Realtors recently passed the Massachusetts Real Estate Broker Exam to receive her Massachusetts Broker License. Applicants for the broker exam must have completed a one year affiliation as an active Massachusetts salesperson under an active Massachusetts broker and complete the education required by the state Board of Licensure.
In addition, Sue also has received the designation of Loss Mitigation Certification from the MA Association of Realtors. LMC training provides extensive information and guidance on complicated transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned properties.
Sue is a member of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley and received a President’s Award for 2008 for achieving Two Million Dollars in Sales and serving as an active member of an association committee. She volunteers her time as a member of the RAPV Scholarship and Grievance Committees. Sue has been an active Realtor for ten years with Landmark, Realtors and currently holds the position of Sales Manager of the Landmark Wilbraham Office.
