A Landmark Beginning. . .

In early 1987, several business professionals, including attorneys and real estate brokers, joined together to form a real estate company that would reflect their philosophy; namely, to provide honest, quality, hometown service to the greater Springfield area. As the demand for Landmark, REALTORS® services grew, they expanded their Hampden office to include six additional locations -- Ludlow, East Longmeadow, Monson, Feeding Hills, Springfield and WIlbraham. Our most recent office in Wilbraham is located right on Main Street and keeps us in the forefront of the real estate community.

Currently, our company offers several unique programs, including a partnership program, which allow agents the opportunity to share in ownership of the company. As agents become shareholders, they invest a personal interest in the well being of the company as well as the success of each and every transaction. . .every homeowner. . .every buyer.
